Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking Board Certified or Eligible Palliative Care physicians to join our growing medical group.

We are seeking a Palliative Care physician to practice palliative medicine and Hospice/end-of-life care in a supportive, high-quality environment with our 10-physician team in Portland, Oregon. Kaiser NW has its own hospice program as well as integrated clinic-based palliative care, home-based palliative care and inpatient palliative care. Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is required, and fellowship training is desired. Board Certification in internal medicine, family practice or other primary care medical specialty is preferred. Candidates should have excellent communication, collaboration, and primary care medical skills.
